Account Codes
This help document goes through the setup and reporting when using Account Codes

Configure – Select Configure from the main menu
-
Account Codes – Select Account Codes from the sub menu.

Account Code – This is the school / district or state reference code for that type of sale
-
Account Code Name – This is the friendly name that is used to identify the code.
Click Add Account Code to create a new accounting code.

On the Add / Edit Product screen you can select from available account codes.
-
Under Reports / Summary Reports / By Account Codes you can select a date range for your sales and click submit to view all codes that have product sales during that date range.

Check the box of one or more products
-
Click Mass Update
-
Under Product Details select Account Code from the update option
- Choose the Account Code to apply to the selected products and click Save
