In this article, you will learn how to view list of vendors and add a new vendor.

Vendors List

  • You can search for a particular vendor by entering the filter value in the Search textbox. 

  • By default, the list displays all active vendors. To view inactive ones, click on the View Inactive Vendors button.

  • You can edit existing vendor by clicking on the Edit button.

  • To add a new vendor, click on the Add Vendor button. Read below for details.


To access, click on the Products button available at the top bar and select the tab for Vendors.

Add or Edit Vendor

  • Enter your Vendor Name in this textbox.

  • Enter the Address and City information.

  • Select the State from the dropdown list and fill the contact information such as Phone, Fax, Email.

  • By default, the vendor record is marked as Active. You can turn off the toggle to mark the vendor as inactive.

  • Add text in the Notes textbox. Review the details and click on the Add button to save the vendor information.

When you click on the Add Vendor or Edit button, this pop-up window will appear on your screen.
