Student Spirit Points
To use student spirit points you must first turn it on, from the Configure menu / System Values. You must be a super user to enable this feature.
In this article, you will learn about the spirit points for the students.

Use this filter to adjust the date range if you are trying to find number of point assigned or redeemed during a specific time range. The search box to search any student by name or ID number.

Total Points is the collective number of points that the student has received.

Redeemed Points is how many points have been used by that student.

Balance Points is the number of remaining points the student has left to spend.

Details will allow you to see the breakdown and allow you to add more points to the student account. Read below for more details.

Upload Points allows you to upload student points from a file.
To access this page, click on the Students button available at the top bar and select the tab for Spirit Points.
Add Spirit Points

Enter the Number of Points in the textbox.

Add a brief description in the Memo textbox.

Review the information added and click on the Add to Account button to save the changes.
By clicking on the Details button at the list page, this pop-up will appear on the screen.

Point History Tab
-
Summary of points earned, used, canceled and the current balance.
-
Details of points earned, redeemed and cancelled.
By clicking on the Point History button on this popup, you will be able to see the details.
Upload Spirit Points
- Student ID, Last Name, First Name, Grade and the number of points to be added. This is not a total number of points, this is new points to add to their current total.
To upload points you need the following fields in a .csv or .xlsx file
This page will only display students that have had spirit points at any point in time. Even if their balance is 0 (as they have spent all their points) they will still show up on this page. If a student has never had any spirit points they will not show up on this page.
