Account Codes

This help document goes through the setup and reporting when using Account Codes

  • Configure – Select Configure from the main menu

  • Account Codes – Select Account Codes from the sub menu. 

  • Account Code – This is the school / district or state reference code for that type of sale

  • Account Code Name – This is the friendly name that is used to identify the code. 

Click Add Account Code to create a new accounting code. 

  • On the Add / Edit Product screen you can select from available account codes. 

  • Under Reports / Summary Reports / By Account Codes you can select a date range for your sales and click submit to view all codes that have product sales during that date range.

  • Check the box of one or more products

  • Click Mass Update

  • Under Product Details select Account Code from the update option

  • Choose the Account Code to apply to the selected products and click Save
