System Reports

Notice

You must be a Super User or App Admin to access these reports. 

  • Cog Wheel – To access the system settings, click the Cog Wheel on the bottom left Navigation bar.

  • Reports – From the top navigation click Reports to find the System Reports

  • Login Attempts – This first report will display the login attempts. you can filter down by Students or Staff, Specific Apps and Successful and Unsuccessful attempts.

  • Password – For unsuccessful attempts we have the option to display the entire password that was entered or just the first 4 characters. You can set this option in the Settings / Global Settings section and adjust the “Display Failed Password Attempts” option. 

Store Usage

  • Store Usage – Select from the navigation menu

  • Report – Table will display data including total students, total products, total products sold, sales amount and if using the ProPay credit card integration you can see the amount charged

Ticketing Usage

  • Ticketing Usage – Select from the navigation menu

  • Report – Table will display data including total students, total events, total sales, sales amount and if using the ProPay credit card integration you can see the amount charged.

Voting Usage

  • Voting Usage – Select from the navigation menu

  • Report – Table will display data including total students, total elections, total votes and the most recent election start date and time.

Interventions Usage

  • Interventions Usage – Select from the navigation menu

  • Report – Table will display data including total students, total scans, total infractions

Announcements Usage

  • Announcements Usage – Select from the navigation menu

  • Report – Table will display data including total students, total products, total products sold, sales amount and if using the ProPay credit card integration you can see the amount charged
