Financial

In this article you will learn about the Financial Reports for Transactions and Analysis. To access, click on the Reports button available at the top bar and select the tab for Financial Report. Read below to learn more details.

Transactions

  • Under the Financial Reports tab, select the option named Transactions.

  • Select the Event Name from the dropdown to view the report for.

  • You can view the transactions by Users. By default data is displayed for all users. To locate a particular record, use the Search box. On Site and/or portals sales can also be selected.

  • To export or download this report in Excel or PDF format, click on the respective icons. The downloaded file will be saved on your computer for later references.

Analysis

  • Under the Financial Reports tab, select the option named Transactions.

  • Select the event you want to run the report for..

  • You can view the transactions by Users. By default data is displayed for all users. To locate a particular record, use the Search box. On Site and/or portals sales can also be selected.

  • To export or download this report in Excel or PDF format, click on the respective icons. The downloaded file will be saved on your computer for later references.

  • Paid will display how much was collected for that day and student type. The count will display the total number of tickets sold by ticket type per day. The total of your sales will also be displayed at the bottom of the report.

Under the Financial Reports tab, select the option named Analysis.

ProPay and Convenience Fee

  • Paid: The the total amount the customer paid for their ticket.

  • Total Collected: The total amount that was collected in the transaction.

  • Convenience Fee: The total amount of fees that you charged the customer.

  • ProPay Fee: The estimated amount that was charged by the credit card processor. 

  • Net Sale: The total profit that was made on the ticket. Total Collected + Convenience Fee – ProPay Fee = Net Sale

Under the Financial Reports tab, select the option named Credit Card Fees.
