Participation Reports

  • Reports – Click Reports

  • Participation – Click Participation

  • Select Election – Select your Election

  • Participation Rate – This section will display all voting groups. 

  • Voters that Participated – This section breaks down the number of students that voted per group. In this example there was one 10th grader that has voted in this group which is 1.23% of all 10th graders

  • Eligible Voters – This gives you the total number of students that voted from each group out of the total number of eligible voters. In this example the one 10th grade student voted out of a total of 388 eligible students which is .26% of the total eligible voters. 

  • Who Did Not Participate – This last section provides you a list of all students that have not yet voted in this election. The column displays the last time that student has voted in any other election.
