Returns

In this article, you will learn about handling the returns in Sales.

  • Click on the Sales button available at the top bar.

  • To start a return, update the Sale dropdown menu to Return to Inventory or Return No Inventory.

  • Once done, all the items will become active. Select the items that will be returned.

In order to complete the return, you must enter any admin or teacher password. This is to prevent unauthorized returns.
Notice

If a convenience fee was charged, it will not be returned to the customer during this process. 

Choose the Return Payment Type as Cash, Credit Card, PayPal or Other.
